Detailed description – in case u hv the time to njoy reading:

Our server boy got us 3 things from the live section – squids, crabs and grilled king fish (surmai).

raw seafood at table

The squids were one of the best I have had in months – super fresh, buttery, super soft and just too YUMM and flavourful.

squid

This was done in ‘butter garlic’ sauce as per the server boy. It turned out to be butter, garlic and some cheese. Rate it 4.75/5

squids

The grilled king fish was again very fresh, juicy. It had flavours of fish in abundance.

grilled king fish

The skin of the fish had turned crisp and was very enjoyable. Loved it. Rate it 4.75/5

The crab was again made in butter garlic sauce – same as the squids.

crab

The crabs had  softer shells than the mud crabs available in Bengal and orissa. The crab meat was sweetish and excellent to taste. Fresh, lumpy crab meat ….. Wow. Rate it 4.5/5

We then tried a seafood fried rice. This was also bursting with seafood flavor. The mixed seafood pieces were very enjoyable.

seafood fried rice

Superb to taste. The softness of the rice was a tad suboptimal – enjoyed it a lot. Rate it 4.25/5
