Taj Pabitra Bhojanalaya (on NH8, left side, just before u reach the Behror flyover from Jaipur side)

In a nutshell:

Huge modern setup, nice waiting staff, Good food but taste & ‘spiciness’ much mellowed down to meet the requirement of urban highway travellers – I expected the taste to be a lot more rustic.

Description:

Most families with kids wud love this place – spacious, relatively neat & clean & not too spicy food.

a section of the menu card - see the tea vs spret tea concept (u will enjoy more if u can read Hindi)

Hardcore foodies like us might have preferred all the above comforts to a rustic, local spicy flavor.
