We came across this Sunday home table thru Instagram. A quick chat led us to book a seat for 2. We pre-paid the full amount to book our seats.
As we reached the location, we were invited in by the hosts Swastik acharya & Pojo into their home – a beautifully done drawing & dining area with an attached small open area.
We met the other guests as everyone started walking in. As we were leaving 4 hours later, it felt we knew each other for years!!! Endless non stop stories, nuances, experiences shared by everyone, while the hosts got us all the food one by one.
The fixed menu was shared with us during booking. It had just the names of the items. The stories behind each dish was told to us when we sat down to eat.
Absolutely Loved the food. Each & every dish made with immense thought & attention to detail. I would not say for any dish ‘this is the best I have ever had in my life’ but for almost all dishes I could say ‘this is among the top 10 in delhi NCR’ & that includes the 5 stars & the speciality restaurants. The warmth of the hosts is incomparable. Top notch. The vibe – as good as it can get.

Avocado toasties – perfectly seasoned, excellent avocado spread on a crisp (some moisture retained) but not too crisp base of good bread. Creamy texture but not ‘pasty’. Rate it 4.25/5
Prawn bisque was a flavour bomb, a texture master & a tastebud lover. The thick base of the bisque was just too good in terms of flavours & taste. The prawn was perfectly cooked – in a way that it was neither raw nor chewy. Rate it 4.5/5
Mushroom arancini was excellent – a double coated super crisp crunch, a filling that had just the right amount of cheese, the right seasoning. The base was excellent. Rate it 4.75/5
Mushroom Alfredo fettuccine was very good. This was made using the stems of the mushrooms. Rate it 4/5
Mixed berry cheesecake was mind blowing good. The cheesecake itself was just right – the body, the base. The tart berry on top did magic. Rate it 4.75/5
We also enjoyed a lovely home made cold brew based non alcoholic drink. Loved every drop of it.

We will be revisiting. It’s not just the food. It’s an experience.
