A new Vietnamese restaurant by a Vietnamese lady & her family at the hub of Far East Asian Cuisine in Gurgaon, Global Foyer Mall – small menu of food I remember having in Vietnam, dishes were not tweaked to Delhi-ise, strong flavours were not extinguished to adjust to local palate, beautiful interiors, super warm & efficient staff. In a nutshell: Unmissable if you are in Gurgaon & feel like having Thai food – close to the real Thai food, lots on the non vegetarian menu beyond chicken, many options for vegetarians, non Delhi-ised food with Bangkok like flavours, cool interiors, excellent staff – overall we had an awesome time. In a nutshell: If u haven’t been here, you have missed a lovely home cooked Darjeeling meal in gurugram. An unreal experience- home cooked food served in a commercial restaurant.
