In a nutshell:
Really loved this new European street food / snack restaurant by our favourite European slow food restaurant in Delhi, Tres. Good service, not yet as effortlessly smooth as at Tres. Nice interiors. Enough parking.

Short description- in case u r in a hurry
We have been visiting Tres ever since we returned to Delhi NCR from Mumbai 5 years back. Just realized that we did a full review once but would have visited at least 10 times later & done multiple posts on Instagram. When we would want to eat good western food & were short of idea, we would just reach Tres. So when we heard they have started a new restaurant, we decided to drop by. We loved the food & revisited, this time with a larger group.

While Tres is about slow food & major meals, we found Dos to be more snack origin food & street food inspired.
The interiors of the restaurant is nice.
The staff members are good. Some of them seemed to be new & hence not as polished & efficient as that of Tres.
The menu card is detailed & explained the good very well.
The food was very good on day 1. On day 2 it turned out to be even better.
Detailed description – in case u hv the time to njoy reading:
Day 1
We started with Yellow fin tuna tataki. It was simply wow. The yellow fin tuna made its presence felt in terms of the texture & the taste. The sauce was simply outstanding in terms of the right balance. Rate it 4.5/5

On Day2 we re-ordered the same dish. The garnish was different this time. Overall the taste was excellent.

Cola glazed lamb kebab was one meaty, intense flavoured kabab that was unforgettable. It was not visually juicy & neither did it drop of fat basting. The juiciness was secretly stored within. Every bite of the kabab led to thick, intense, robust & rustic juices flowing into the mouth. Loved it. Rate it 4.5/5

Tenderloin burger stole the show on day 1. To begin with, the bun (bread) was multi-layered & totally different conceptually than any other burger bun that I ever had anywhere. Sri so, flaky & real nice.

The tenderloin was juicy & flavourful. The sauces were not too much. Thus the meatiness of the patty expressed itself very well.
Loved it a lot. Rate it 4.75/5
The dessert was too good. Loved the berries & the lemon cream base. rate it 4.5/5

Day 2
Goan chorizo arayes was a totally new dish for us. The arayes looked like a modern version of the traditional. Goan chorizo made its presence felt in terms of strong flavours of meat, spices & molten fat. Perfectly cooked outer layer. Rate it 4.25/5

Slow cooked kasundi lamb shoulder taco was excellent. Perfectly balanced, soft & intense flavoured meat in a taco. Excellent robust taste. Soft mouthfeel. Rate it 4.5/5

Chipotle beef cheek taco was quite good. We loved the way the lamb was cooked much more than the tenderloin. The meat was soft & nice. Rate it 3/5.

Belgian pork leg was outstanding. Full blown flavours of good pork. Glazed. loved every bit of the soft meat & fat. Intense, robust flavours. Rate it 4.75/5

Seabass fish curry was really good. The fish curry was not fish curry in the Indian way. It was a large steak of boneless fish with skin., on a sauce. Along with it was served rice balls (elongated).

The fish was flaky, juicy & really nice. The sauce was finger licking good. Rate it 4.5/5
Coffee & chocolate torte was good. We enjoyed every bit of the dark chocolate & real coffee. The cream was very good. Rate it 4.5/5

Basque cheesecake was outstanding. The sauce was even better & paired extremely well with the cheesecake. The real fruit added to the fun. Rate it 4.5/5

Overall rating averages out to 4.4/5
Surely recommended by YUMMRAJ. Sure to go back there….
