Brown Sahib truly the celebration of the culinary journey through the kitchens of Bengal and the flavors of Europe and European Culture. Traditional Bengali food is a mix of subtle flavors added to the culinary creations through generations. From the kitchens of traditional Bengal to the tables of Bhadralok (According to Wikipedia Bhadralok denotes ‘gentlefolk’ who arose during colonial times (approximately 1757 to 1947) in Bengal. It is still used to indicate members of the upper middle and middle classes of Bengal) where flavours of Europe were accepted and inculcated as a part of the staple diet
