Short description- in case u r in a hurry

We got to know of this place from the social media. As we reached there one morning we realized the approach was temporarily challenged due to road being dug up by the municipality.

The restaurant is Situated in a beautiful colonial building that has been maintained very well

The interiors are very tastefully done. I always enjoy the high ceilings of old buildings.

A part of the wall , the small bricks (the ones that were used about a century back) are visible while on another part standard bricks are visible, As a part of the decor.

Green plants inside the dining hall did a good contrast to the white walls, the orange bricks and the mahogany furniture.

As per the menu card, their philosophy is ‘wholesome world cuisine’ with emphasis on natural and organic ingredients. Everything in the menu was vegetarian except some egg and smoked salmon dishes.

The menu card mentions that their food is gluten free, refined sugar free and free from Additives and chemicals.

The boy serving us was quite naive but otherwise nice. Everything we asked him, he went back to kitchen to ask for a reply.

Food was very enjoyable.

Detailed description – in case u hv the time to njoy reading:

Avocado punch with smoked salmon and poached egg had a Inhouse baked gluten free bread as base. The bread had a texture similar to crusty old world non spongy cakes. It was pretty brittle as well.

Super loved the avocado spread – way better than most avocado dishes I have had in india. The smoked salmon was perfect.

We ordered poached eggs on the side. These were perfect texture – solid outside, liquid within. The eggs were organic and tasted very good.

Rate it 4.5/5

We also ordered Vegan protein bowl (one night stand) – it had almond milk, Peruvian cacao, oats, Kashmiri walnuts, almonds, Iranian dates, sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds, topped with blueberries and raspberries. Needless to say every bite was different in terms of texture and taste. Chocolate and coffee flavor was overwhelming (did not expect that). Very low on sweetness. Fun to eat for sure. Rate it 4.25/5

We also tried Bulletproof espresso – it had a bit of almond milk and organic cow ghee!!! OMG. We decided to experiment and it turned out to be obviously unique and pretty enjoyable & hence memorable. Rate it 4.25/5

Overall rating of food and beverage at sequel bistro averages out to 4.3/5

Wud revisit to explore more dishes from its super interesting and unique menu.
